The Trustee-Steward Ministry has full care and maintenance of the property of the Church. Three trustees elected by the church will hold in trust the Church property. They have no power to buy, sell, mortgage, lease, or transfer any property with a specific vote of the church authorizing each action. The ministry has the function to negotiate with a loaning institution, insurance programs, and sign legal documents. It is to perform related duties as assigned by the Pastor.
